Patronat is owner of the websites with the domains costabrava.org, costabravacruiseports.com, costabravagironacb.com and costabravagironafestivals.com, in addition to their subdomains (the \u201cPatronat websites\u201d). Said websites are designed to inform the general public of the Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board\u2019s services, activities and promotions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rights over Patronat websites<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The contents of these websites, including texts, images and designs, are subject to intellectual property rights held by Patronat or third parties that have authorised the former to make use thereof. Patronat offers said contents for the purposes of providing information and services. Generally speaking, and unless otherwise expressly indicated, these contents may be publicly reproduced, distributed and disclosed provided that this is consistent with the purposes of the Patronat\u2019s websites and for not for commercial purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intellectual property regarding archival images<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board makes its image bank available to the public. If you make use of these images, you must respect the following terms and conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Reservation services accessible via the website<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board hereby informs you that it has signed a series of agreements for the provision of tourism reservation services. By virtue of the aforementioned agreements, the service providers in question are responsible for the processing of users\u2019 personal data and assume the obligation to process them in compliance with the provisions of EU data protection regulations. Patronat hereby informs you that it accepts no responsibility for any breach of said regulations.
